We are so happy to welcome you to the Eternal City. We’re hosting an aperitivo in the gardens of the National Institute of Roman Studies (Instituto Nazionale di Studi Romani). Set on the Aventine Hill, this quiet Roman terrace has one of the best sunset views in the city. (Please join us in praying for clear skies.)

For those who wish to carry on, the terrace is a short walk to Trastevere — one of our favourite neighbourhoods.

A NOTE TO THE LADIES: We will be on grass.

Part II: The Wedding

LOCATION: Villa Aurelia

ADDRESS: Largo di Porta S. Pancrazio 2 00165 Roma

TIME: 5:00pm - 2:00AM

DRESS: Midnight in the Eternal City. Black-Tie, with room to play. Bring your version of elegance, keeping the setting in mind.

We’ll gather at Villa Aurelia, a 17th-century villa set high above the city.

The evening begins with a sunset ceremony, cocktails in the garden, dinner under the stars, and then dancing until late.

The Villa is a short ride from the city centre.

Late-night transport will be available for those staying until the end (you know who you are).

NOTE TO THE LADIES: Portions of the event will take place on grass and gravel.

We love your kiddos and we would love to see them on Sunday - however, the wedding on Monday is just for the adults.
